Capital Enhancement Services (CES) was formed as a result of the leadership and vision of its parent company, CAPITAL Card Services, Inc (CAPITAL). CAPITAL, an industry leader in providing innovative, comprehensive, and effective account management products and services for credit card banks, began providing an aftermarket retail product, The PREMIUM ClubTM, to the cardholders it serviced in 1999. The PREMIUM Club provides a wide array of services including travel discounts on hotels and car rentals, major retailer discounts, a financial management guide, lost key protection, emergency cash advances and credit card protection.
Due to the wide and growing acceptance of The PREMIUM Club in its captive cardholder market, in 2006 CAPITAL formed a new subsidiary, Capital Enhancement Services, LLC, to substantially enhance the initial mission and intent of The PREMIUM Club.
